CEO Declares: "Business as Usual"

Los Angeles, May 13, 2006 -- After nearly a month in the trenches, DK Stanton & Associates, Inc. CEO has determined that it will be "Business as usual" at Whiz Bang Industries.

Prior to the acquisition, DK Stanton tracked the fledgling company’s activities for over a year; and was increasingly pleased with her observations:

"In an environment of slam-it-up cookie-cutter templates, it's refreshing to find developers who believe each endeavor, be it an intricate web site or the simplest logo, should reflect the personality and purpose of those it represents."

Skilled in both web development and design, Stanton has spent the last few weeks as a working member of the Design and Technology Development teams. "You can't really know the lay of the land until you get a little dirt under your fingernails," she stated.

Although Stanton intends to launch a full-scale expansion of the Film and Video division, the Design and Technology teams will remain intact.

"What I've found here, is an organization built on talent, propelled by teamwork, and dedicated to customer service.  They’ve settled into a formula that works; and I’m just not going to fix it."

Internationally Acclaimed Artist
to Head Design Team

Los Angeles, June 16, 2006 -- Following weeks of discussion and negotiation, Whiz Bang Industries proudly welcomes world renowned artist, Britt Ehringer, to the newly assigned post of Executive Creative Director.

"I've certainly enjoyed indulging my micro-management tendancies," stated parent company CEO, DK Stanton, "but it's time to expand the ranks."

Though globally recognized for his work in oil and collage, Ehringer made a turn of the century cyber-splash as Creative Director for Soundbreak.com: an innovative, yet now deceased, 24-hour live-feed virtual radio station.

"Creativity is a given," affirmed Stanton, "But Britt also has a track record as a positive leader with sound business sense. Besides that, his working knowledge of internet technology will streamline communication and help keep those Artists vs. Tekkies debates to a minimum."

In addition to his duties at Whiz Bang Industries, Ehringer continues to expand his body of work, solidifying momentum as a cutting edge artist. He has been the focus of numerous articles, the most recent of which was a profile published in the Barcelona periodical, Delicatessen. His newest paintings will be featured at Design Mai in Berlin this coming September.
